Dan began his Real Estate career in 1997. Trish joined Dan in 1999 and an Administrative Assistant and Co-Realtor.
Prior to their Real Estate career the Crace's served as Ministers of Music in a number of Assemblies of God churches.
In 1991 Dan was invited to accept the position as National Music Director for the General Council of the Assemblies of God at their International Headquarters in Sprigfield. He came to that position with over 25 years of ministry experience. Trish has extensive experience in retails sales and customer service with some of the most pretigious retailers in the country such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus.
In Dan's first years of Real Estate he was honored as "Rookie of the Year" locally and for the Midwest Region for the company he was serving with at that time. Dan is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. In 2005 Dan qualified for the Gold Medal Award with a closed volume of approximately $9 million in sales. Dan has consistantly been in the top 5% of Realtors in the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and is a recognized leader in the Springfield market having served on leadership committees for the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and as a member of Agent Leadership groups for companies he has been associates with.
The Craces have been happily married for over 37 years and have two grown children who are married and living in Springfield and four beautiful grand children.
